Our managed router is a Fortinet FortiWifi-40F, which includes a Next-gen firewall, failover capabilities, and a wireless network. If you have higher network requirements, our team can work with you to design a custom solution.
What is the automatic failover option in Pro and Premium?
Automatic failover is a way to ensure your business stays connected by having a backup connection in case the primary one fails. It helps to keep the service online and running smoothly.
Can I extend my contract beyond the 12 or 24-month options?
Our standard contract offers are for 12 or 24 months. After the contract expires, the service automatically transitions to a month-to-month basis, or you can choose to recontract based on your specific needs.
