    Sky Muster Plus customers who participated in the trial

    Sky Muster Plus customers who participated in the trial of the new Skymesh Ultra100 plan with Unlimited* data and burst speeds up to 100Mbps** enjoyed better connectivity and faster speeds.

    The trial is scheduled to end formally on the 3rd July 2023. Thank you for your participation.

    To ensure that trial participants can continue to enjoy the advantages of the new unlimited* data plan, Skymesh will migrate all customers who participated in the trial and were on a $99.95/mo – 70GB plan or higher to the new Skymesh Ultra100 plan in July, before the trial concludes. Upon successful migration to the upgraded plan, Skymesh will send you an email confirmation.

    If you were on a lower plan below $99.95/month and would like to move onto an unlimited* plan before the trial ends, please call our Skymesh team before the end of June.

    Sky Muster Plus customers not in the trial

    For Sky Muster Plus customers who did not participate in the trial and are on a $99.95/mo / 70GB plan and above, Skymesh will order you the new plan after the 1st June, 2023.  As per nbn®’s plan change limitation, you will move onto the new plan formally on the 1st July, 2023.

    For existing Sky Muster Plus customers on plans under $99.95/mo and below 70GB, please call our Skymesh team before the end of June to have access to the plan from the 1st July. This is because the new plan costs more than the plan you are currently on and we require your authorisation to upgrade you.

    Existing Sky Muster customers

    Existing Sky Muster customers on capped data plans are encouraged to upgrade to this new plan, to enjoy unlimited data and burst speeds up to 100Mbps.

    As this is classified by nbn® as a technology change, switches to the new Skymesh Ultra100 plan can be completed at any time from the 1st June, 2023.

    New customers

    New customers yet to have nbn® satellite installed at their property can order the new service from the 1st June, 2023. Installation times vary depending on your location. With a high uptake for this new service expected, we recommend ordering today to beat the installation queue. Providing you order a $99.95/month Sky Muster Plus plan, you will be moved onto the new Skymesh Ultra100 plan once it is available in June.

    Customers reactivating the service

    Reactivating your Sky Muster service is quick and easy. No new hardware needs to be installed. Once ordered, your service will be online within 2 business days. Call our customer engagement team on 1300 759 637 to arrange your service reactivation.

    How to change plans?

    To upgrade to the new unlimited* data Skymesh Ultra100 plan, existing Sky Muster Plus customers can either call Skymesh customer engagement team on 1300 759 637 or request the change via your online account after the 1st June. Existing Sky Muster customer on capped data plans need to call our engagement team to request the plan change.
