nbn® Interim Satellite Service (ISS)

The Interim Satellite Service was switched off on 28th February 2017 with all ISS customers required to migrate to their replacement Sky Muster™ satellite service to avoid losing their internet connection.

Making the switch is easy and well worth doing as the plans offer better value for money, the speeds are faster and you get more data every month. If you haven’t already made the switch, all you need to do is check your address below then apply online for the technology available at your premises, which is typically the new Sky Muster™ satellite service. Once the required equipment has been installed by nbn® co (standard installations are FREE), we will then “activate” your new service within four business days and provide simple instructions on how to connect.
