BYO Modem Router Set up (FTTN)
While our technical team offers limited support for BYO Wi-Fi routers, please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper configuration and in some cases, you may need to contact the manufacturer for support.
It is crucial to verify that your chosen router can handle the speeds of your selected internet plan. To minimise potential connectivity issues, we highly recommend considering our preconfigured, plug-and-play Skymesh-supported routers. These are designed for optimal performance with our service and come ready to use right out of the box. If you are unsure about your current router’s capabilities or prefer a hassle-free setup, our supported routers are an excellent choice for a smooth internet experience.
